> Here is the interview with Maria Teresa Re, Real Estate Agent with over 26 years of experience in the sector and is present with her AREA IMMOBILIARE agency in Pesaro. Since last year you have also chosen to become a Partner of the Grimaldi Family's real estate network in order to be able to offer your customers the opportunity for real estate investments abroad.

> Mrs. Re, you are present with your AREA Real Estate Agencies in Pesaro. Can you tell us how and when your passion for this sector was born?

The passion for this job was born about 26 years ago thanks to my long experience in the commercial sector. This passion led me to approach the real estate world almost by chance as it was already then the sector that best combined my predisposition for human relationships and my passion for beauty; make everyone's dream come true ... your own home.

> Since the summer of 2019 you have chosen to become a Partner of L' immobiliare.com, what was the lever that prompted you to make this choice?

Among the valid services that Immobiliare.com offers to the Real Estate Agents who are part of it, I was particularly attracted by the Luxury Foreign Holidays division.
In fact, I have always had the passion to deal with and offer my clients real estate investments abroad and today, through L'immobiliare.com, I can do it in a coordinated and concrete way, with 360° operational support and consultancy. In fact, it is possible to make use of the assistance and coordination of a National Representative for the Foreign Division and local Representatives in the foreign countries where the properties are located.

> Why would you advise a client of yours today to buy a property outside Italy?

Without a doubt, a real estate investment abroad these days seems much safer and more convenient. In particular, I happened to propose several interesting investment solutions in Spain in the Costa del Sol area. These are places that are easily reachable from Italy with a few hours of flight, a favorable climate all year round and with the possibility of exploiting countless golf courses.

> After this difficult phase linked to Covid 19 that we have gone through, how do you see the recovery of the real estate market in your area?

The real estate market in my area has not undergone major inflation, sales have not decreased and prices have not fallen at all. Surely the needs have changed; in fact today we are looking almost exclusively for apartments with appurtenances and large spaces. Let's say that the times of the negotiation have lengthened but it is sold.
